OUR HALL

Our fund was established in 1987 as the "Khabarovsk Branch of Russian Cultural Fund". When registered in 1999, the name was changed to "The Khabarovsk Krai Public Charity Fund of Culture". The Fund invites all interested people to join us to cooperatively preserve and express the culture of Russia. Any of the mentioned programs are open to receive any suggestions or proposals which would contribute to the spiritual development of all the people.
